The warranty has expired or the defect is it not covered by the warranty?
The articles problem cannot be solved by simply replacing it with a suitable replacement item from our webshop?

It is very important to us that our articles can continue to be used beyond the warranty period, undergo a functional test and, if necessary, be repaired. In this case, a large number of spare parts and components are available so that many of our items can be used for as long as possible.
Please note that unfortunately repairs are not economically viable for all items, so we cannot offer the repair service for all items.
